Hello,

My name is Hannah and I am the very proud owner of Hannah Marie Cakery.

My love for baking and decorating started as a hobby and was something I loved taking part in from a very young age.

As my love for it grew more and more, I decided to take the jump and start my own cake business.

I worked hard learning the skills needed and gained experience, meeting and talking to lots of other cake makers and designers along the way. I have also gained close relationships with other local small businesses.

My business’ original name was Hannah’s Cakes, but as my knowledge and experience, skills and cake design confidence has grown, I wanted a name to suit this.

My love for baking, cake designing and decorating has grown more and more and I am still working hard on my skills, learning new ones and striving to be the best I can be in this field.

I have attended multiple online courses and an in person 1:1 class which always inspire me to keep working at my craft and not be afraid of trying new ways of cake decorating.

My work has also been featured in Saracino magazine and I have been lucky enough to work with well known brands in the cake industry.

It still amazes me what can be created using cake and that you can show so many different design styles and create edible art.

Not only can the cake be enjoyed, but used as a centrepiece at any occasion.

Hannah Marie Cakery is fully registered, insured and holds a Food Hygiene Rating of 5.

Food hygiene and safety and allergen awareness is something my business takes extremely seriously.

I keep my food safety and allergy awareness certificates up to date to meet requirements and to make sure my knowledge remains up to date also.

All of the cake orders are prepared, baked and decorated in a fully converted cake kitchen/studio.
